The Scotts CompanyIn March 2004, we entered into an exclusive development and license agreement with The Scotts Company to commercialize our technology in turfgrass and certain species of bedding plants. Scotts is working on incorporating our technology to enhance a variety of traits in these plants, including environmental stress resistance, disease resistance and enhanced bloom properties.
